Andy Matthews running for Nevada State Controller

Assemblyman Andy Matthews of Las Vegas has announced he will run for state controller. Matthews, a Republican, is the former president of the Nevada Policy Research Institute, a conservative political group based in the south. He is in his first term as an Assemblyman representing District 37.
