Speeding stop leads to 'substantial amount' of meth, Carson City Sheriff says

An ex-felon with outstanding warrants was arrested by Carson City Sheriff’s deputies on Saturday after a stop for speeding revealed a “substantial amount of methamphetamine” in the vehicle he was driving.
