In time for National Bourbon Day, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak and the Prime Minister of Quebec, Francois Legault, have made a “spirited” wager based on the outcome of the Stanley Cup semi-finals. The stakes? Whoever sees his team lose must wear the winning team’s jersey and provide a bottle of his chosen spirit.
