Quality of Life Month kicked off Thursday and Friday with the Carson City BOOnanza and a celebration at Silver Saddle Ranch. Parks, Recreation, and Open Space will be hosting free and low-cost events all month in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Quality of Life Initiative.
