P.E.O. awards Phyllis McCallum Scholarship

P.E.O Chapter D has awarded two $1,000 scholarships to recent high school graduates Jaylee McEwen and Kyla Trotter. The Phyllis McCallum Scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior. The award is based on an application including an essay the students write about what education means to them as a woman.
