Carson City Sheriff's Office recovers stolen weapons, makes arrest

A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested Friday on multiple charges of theft of firearms. Jackson Smith was arrested on suspicion of burglary of a structure, 11 counts of burglary of a structure with a firearm, 11 counts of grand larceny of a firearm, seven counts of possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
