Bighorn News: Alumni feature: Alyssa Stockard

Oasis Academy College Prep 2017 Alumni Alyssa Stockard is beginning her second year at one of the top-ranked medical schools in the country, the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. Graduating with both her Associate of Science degree from Western Nevada College and at the top of her class from Oasis Academy College Prep, Stockard was well prepared for the transition to Brigham Young University. Her experiences as a WNC student while in high school challenged her and helped her learn how to navigate college classes.
