Carson City man arrested for DUI in wrong-way collision

The driver of a pickup in the April 23 wrong way crash that killed Fallon Montanucci and injured her sister has been arrested for felony driving under the influence. Matthew Joseph Premo, 26, of Carson City faces charges of DUI causing death and causing substantial bodily harm, according to the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol Division.
