Carson City opening a warming shelter at Carson City Fire Station 51

Carson City will open a warming shelter on Tuesday, at the Carson City Fire Station 51, 777 S. Stewart St., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. NV Energy has reported that there are 1,199 customers without power, down from 2,203, as of 7:30 p.m. Monday.
