The chart shows the count for each of Nevada’s school-required vaccine. Look at your child’s vaccine record. Find the vaccine initials and count how many vaccines of that type that your child has listed. Then compare that number to the number in the column for your child’s age. If the number match, your child is up to date. If the numbers do not match, then your child needs vaccines.
