Stella Thornton, a Nevada youth legislator, is a senior at Carson High School.
According to the Nevada legislature bill tracker, the bill on Return to Play was delivered to Gov. Joe Lombardo on May 31.
Thornton’s bill would revise provisions relating to head injuries for students in Nevada schools.
