Big Chicken was founded by basketball great Shaquille O’Neal.
A soft opening is scheduled for Jan. 10 at the location in the former Tito’s restaurant, 444 E. William St. A grand opening is slated for Jan. 13.
Big Chicken in Carson City and Minden are set to be the first two locations to open for restaurant owner and Carson City resident Damon Kreizenbeck.
