Lulu is a perky three-year-old Shepherd mix with soulful eyes. Pregnant and abandoned she had a rough start in life. At one-year-old, as she was traveling to CAPS, she started to deliver puppies. Her puppies were adopted but she remains. Lulu is energetic and loves exercise! She has a few quirks and needs a stable loving home. She isn’t a big fan of cats and would like an adult home where she can be an only dog. Are you that someone who will help her feel secure? She is waiting for you.

CAPS is open to the public on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
