Northbound I-580 in Carson City blocked after rollover crash

Reports of a concrete truck rolling over on I-580 have northbound lanes blocked. Southbound is moving slowly around the crash. The crash is reported between Arrowhead and Eastlake Boulevard. The crash was reported about 10 a.m. First responders are on scene.
