Bill Payne, Dean of College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources at the University of Nevada, Reno, said some of the branding iron collection was in his office at UNR and the rest at John Ascuaga’s Nugget until the family sold the property and asked CABNR to help preserve the collection.
