Churchill County Sheriff’s deputy recognized for quick response

Churchill County Sheriff’s deputy Michael Hardin was recently recognized for his quick response during a medical emergency on June 25 near Interstate 80 east of Jessup. Sheriff Richard Hickox said a man was having a medical emergency. Upon arrival, Hardin located the juvenile patient, who was found to have a laceration on his right arm. Hickox said the laceration had been wrapped with a shirt to control the bleeding before the arrival of law enforcements personnel.
