Nevada quarterback Cody Fajardo and his Wolf Pack teammates were pummeled at UCLA in an August opener in 2013.
Coming off consecutive 2-10 seasons, Nevada will open Aug. 24 against SMU — the earliest debut in the history of Pack football.
