Several donors presented scholarship awards to Vera Vaz in the CCHS Library on May 5. She will be headed to the University of Nevada to study medicine in the fall. Sandy White presented the Phyllis McCallum Memorial P.E.O. Scholarship. Vera Vaz, CCHS senior. Vera was also given scholarship award certificates that day from Recorders Association of Nevada for winning the RAN Scholarship and Sierra Nevada Realtors Group for winning the Alyce McCracken Memorial Scholarship.
