Job duties:
As Nevada Appeal’s editorial assistant, I work beside the editor and assist in preparing, proofreading and editing copy.
Being able to be a part of the editorial process is what I enjoy most. From working on to seeing script go through the early motions of publication to eventually become an accepted and published paper is a very rewarding part of my job.
About me:
Having worked in the editorial industry, I have become inspired to pursue a major in journalism at University of Nevada, Reno. During my free time you can usually find me practicing yoga, watching one of my many favorite shows, reading a book, or spending time with family. During the summer, I also enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding or lazily lounging on the beach in Lake Tahoe.
