NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that real
property belonging to the Estate of Suzanne
P. Brunette, Deceased, will sell at private sale
to the highest and best bidder upon the terms
and conditions set forth herein, and subject
to confirmation by the above-entitled Court,
on June 3, 2024 at 8:30 am, or thereafter
within the timeframe allowed by law, all
right, title, and interest of said real property
held by Suzanne P. Brunette at the time of
death, located at 2305 Harriett Dr., Carson
City, Nevada, APN: 00105302 and further
described as GREENRIDGE SUBDIVISION
#5 BLOCK I, LOT 20.
Bids and offers must be submitted in writing
ahead of time to the offices of Origins Legal
Group, LLC, located at 9930 W. Flamingo
Rd., Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89147 or
may be filed with the Clerk of the District
Court, or delivered personally to the Personal
Representative, at any time after first
publication of this notice and before making
the sale.
The sale will be made on the following
terms: Cash and new loan, as is, or otherwise
as accepted by the Personal Representative
and as approved by order of the above Court.
The Personal Representative of the Estate
reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
