NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TODD NEWTON has filed a Petition for Waiver of Account, for Approval of Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution and has set the matter for a hearing on this 4th day of June, 2024, at 8:30 a.m in Department II of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced and anticipated in the amount of Eleven Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($11,137.00) to Vander Laan Law Firm LLC.
