NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JOHN TRIPLETT has filed a Petition for a Waiver of Account, for Approval of Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution and has set the matter for a hearing on the 3rd day of June, 2024, at 9 a.m., in Department II of the Third Judicial District Court in Yerington, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced and anticipated in the amount of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($9,675.00) to Vander Laan Law Firm, LLC.
