Robert G. Maher, 39, a New London, Conn., resident, died July 22, 2001, of a heart attack. He was born Jan. 22, 1962 in New London, to Floyd Sr. and Diane Sullivan Maher of New London.
Mr. Maher was owner and operator of Maher Painting. He enjoyed bowling and darts.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Tiffany.
Among his survivors are his parents, daughter Tabitha and son Coty, all of Waterford, Conn.; brothers Joseph and Michael, of New London and Floyd Jr., of Groton, Conn.; sisters Marion Dell, of New London, Patricia Giomi and husband, Stacey, of Carson City, Penny Dawson, of Mystic, Conn. and Wendy Burling of Phoenix, Ariz.
A graveside service was held at Eight Mile River Cemetery in Lyme, Conn.
