Sheriff's blotter

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:

- Paul Sean Kern, a 49-year-old, self-employed designer from Carson City, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. Sunday at Carson Tahoe Hospital on suspicion of felony third-offense driving under the influence, misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and speeding. Bail was set at $10,000.

- A 39-year-old, male laborer from Carson City was arrested at 7:43 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor first-offense driving under the influence and failure to obey a traffic device. Bail was set at $1,214.

- A 43-year-old female shipper from Dayton was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Saturday on the Carson and Lyon County line a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to comply and another for failure to appear in court. A cash-only bail was set at $1,925.

- A 24-year-old female front-desk worker from Minden was arrested at 8:15 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of North Roop Street on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to comply and on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. A cash-only bail was set at $1,132.
