Holmes playing for Kentucky Wesleyan

Neil Holmes, a 2003 Carson High graduate, is currently playing baseball with Kentucky Wesleyan, a Division II school.

After spending the last two years at Yuba (Calif.) College and earning his AA degree, Holmes received a full-ride scholarship to Kentucky Wesleyan, which competes in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, a wood bat league. Holmes has seen time at shortstop, second base and left and right fields. The Panthers are currently 14-10 and 12-8 in conference play.
