A memorial service for Warren J. "The Tuck" Tucker Jr., 70, will be 2 p.m. April 22 at Walton's Chapel of the Valley. Friends are asked to write down memories of Mr. Tucker and bring them to the service.

Mr. Tucker died April 11, 2007. He was born May 25, 1936, in Providence, R.I.

He had been a boxer, a jockey, a UPS driver, a ballroom dancer, a supervisor, a painter, an entrepreneur and the best 4 out of 5 handicapper of the West. He had his own television show, "Sports Talk with Pearl and Tuck."

He served in the U.S. Marines Corps.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Ann, and daughter Kimberly Ann.

Among his survivors are son Brian Mathew; son and daughter-in-law Warren Joseph III and Lu Ann; seven of his nine sisters, and four grandchildren.

A $20 donation may be made to a family in need in the community in Mr. Tucker's honor.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
