A celebration of life for Bobby Joe Howard, 28, a 16-year Carson City resident will be 3 p.m. April 1 at the Calvary Chapel.
Mr. Howard died March 9, 2007, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 21, 1978, in Sacramento to Joseph and Carolyn Howard.
He was a martial arts instructor and cage fighter.
He was a member of the Calvary Chapel and World Gym in Carson City.
Among his survivors are his daughter Annah Marie Howard, 8, of Carson City; parents and stepfather Manuel Torres; sister and brother-in-law Sue (Manyose) and Rodney Giles; brothers and sisters-in-law David and Missy Howard, Robert and Mandy Manyose, Clint and Heidi Manyose; brother Patrick Howard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
