MONDAY, DEC. 6
• A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-second, driving on a suspended license, fictitious registration and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $4,123.
TUESDAY
• A 37-year-old Reno man was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing an officer by providing a false statement, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon and a failure to appear warrant out of Reno. Deputies made contact with the man while investigating an armed robbery. Bail was set at $14,049.
• A 23-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of speeding, DUI-first, child endangerment and a parole violation at 2:14 a.m. No bail was set.
• Jared Allen Croley, 31, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of distributing pornography involving minors, possession of child pornography, and luring a child by use of computer for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts and a parole and probation hold. No bail was set.
WEDNESDAY
• A 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on suspicion of felony domestic battery with strangulation. A stun gun was used on the suspect after he flung the freezer and refrigerator doors at deputies in an apparent attempt to escape. Bail was set at $20,000.
• A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:14 a.m. on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license, an unregistered vehicle and a failure to appear warrant out of Douglas County. Bail was set at $1,589.
THURSDAY
• At 1:40 a.m. a 33-year-old was arrested on suspicion of no valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance, suspended registration, felony possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and unlawful manufacture of a weapon. Bail was set at $57,178.
• A 49-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first, obstructed driver’s view, no brake lights and being a prohibited person with a firearm. After deputies performed a traffic stop they saw the man carrying a handgun on his left hip, without a valid concealed carry permit. Bail was set at $21,281.
• A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a fight with a neighbor. Bail was set at $20,000.
