payable at the time of sale in lawful money of

the United States, by cash, a cashier’s check

drawn by a state or federal credit union, or

a check drawn by a state or federal savings

and loan association, savings association,

or savings bank authorized to do business

in this state, all right, title and interest under

said Notice of Delinquent Assessment in the

property situated in said County, describing

003-321-17. The location of the Trustee’s Sale

will be at the front steps of the main entrance

to the Storey County Courthouse located at 26
