to and now held by it under and pursuant to Deed of Trust recorded

on 1/8/2007 as Instrument No. 363014, re-recorded on 07/12/2010 as

Instrument No. 402476 of the official records in the Office of the Recorder

of Carson City County, Nevada, executed by Chas A Underwood

Velma R. Underwood, as Trustor, Bank of America, NA as Beneficiary,

all that certain property situated in said County and State, and more

commonly described as: Lot 10, In Block E, As Shown On The Map Of

Unit No. 2, Eagle Valley Mobile Homes Estates Subdivision, Filed In

The Office Of The County Recorder Of Carson City, Nevada, On April

12, 1965 A.P.N.: 00823110 The property heretofore described is being

sold “as is”. The street address and other common designation, if any,

of the real property described above is purported to be: 2801 Kit Sierra

Way, Carson City, NV 89706 The undersigned Trustee disclaims any

liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common

designation, if any, shown above. Said sale will be made, but without

covenant or warranty expressed or implied, regarding title, possession

or encumbrances, to pay the remaining unpaid balance of $39,636.02,

the obligations secured by the property to be sold and reasonably estimated
