NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July

24, 2023, Petitioner, Thomas W. Moulton,

Administrator of the ESTATE OF THOMAS

NEPHI MOULTON, by and through his

counsel of record, Mark A. Goodman, Esq. of

GOODMAN LAW CENTER, filed a Petition to

Quiet Title to Real Property; and on July 28,

2023, filed a Petition to Approve Sale of Real

Property [8155 Pasture Road, Fallon, Churchill

County, Nevada 89406 (APN 006-081-10)].

A Telephonic Hearing on the above two

Petitions has been scheduled for September

12, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. All persons interested

are notified to appear and show cause why

both Petitions should not be granted.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a

Request for Appearance by Communication

Equipment has been submitted to the Court to

be conducted by Zoom telephone conference;

and the Court Clerk’s office will email the

corresponding Zoom Hearing information to

the email address provided on the Request to

Appear by Communication Equipment. Any

person wishing to be heard on this matter shall

call into the hearing five minutes prior to the

hearing time using the Zoom dial-in number

and meeting credentials.

This hearing will be conducted with a series

of other hearings at the same hearing time,

and it may take up to two hours for all cases to

be heard. If possible, please mute your phone

until you wish to be heard.
