NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Royal Coach Tours, Inc. d/b/a Royal Coach

Tours (“RCT”) filed a joint application for the sale

and transfer of 100% stock to TKRG Holdings,

under Docket 23-08019. RCT is a carrier

authorized to provide charter bus services within

the State of Nevada under CPCN 2141, Sub, 1.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest in

the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene

at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must

conform to the Authority’s regulations and must

be filed on or before September 18, 2023.
