NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,

Richele Lynn Dickerson, filed a Petition for

Probate of Will for Full Administration; for

Appointment of a Personal Representative

with Full Authority Under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act; and for Letters

Testamentary and has set the matter for

hearing on January 23, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.,

in the Third Judicial District Court, in Dept.

II, located at 911 Harvey Way, Yerington,

NV 89447. The petition requests authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless

they have waived notice or have consented

to the proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless

good cause is shown why it should not be.

The matter will be approved without further

hearing unless an objection is filed.

Pursuant to NRS 239B.030 the undersigned

does hereby affirm that this document does

not contain the social security number of

any person.
