under a deed upon death executed by MARTY

A. MARTINEZ and WILMA L. MARTINEZ

on January 4, 2016, and that MARTY A.

MARTINEZ died on December 27, 2016, and

WILMA L. MARTINEZ died on October 7,

2021, and MARTY A. MARTINEZ had a date

of birth of October 31, 1930, and WILMA L.

MARTINEZ had a date of birth of September

2, 1929. A creditor having a claim against the

grantors or their estate must file a claim with

the undersigned at the address given below

within 90 days after first publication of this

notice.
