On the 20th day of July, 2023, a Petition was filed in the above-entitled Court by Petitioner, George Dean Kremastas, by and through his attorney, Mark A. Winter, requesting that the Court legally change his current name of George Dean Kremastas to George Dean Metropoulos. The Petitioner submitted a statement signed under penalty of perjury that the Petitioner is not changing his name for a fraudulent purpose.
Any opposition to this Petition should be filed in this matter with the above-entitled Court within ten (10) days after the publication of this Notice.
