NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public

hearing will be held in the Churchill County

Administration Complex, 155 North Taylor

Street, County Commission Chambers,

Fallon, Nevada:

Starting at approximately 7:00 p.m. on

Wednesday, July 12, 2023 the Churchill

County Planning Commission will hold a

public hearing on the request below.

Bill 2023-A Ordinance 32 - TITLE: AN

ORDINANCE AMENDING PROVISIONS OF

TITLE 16 CONSOLIDATED DEVELOPMENT

CODE OF THE CHURCHILL COUNTY CODE

SUMMARY: THIS ORDINANCE AMENDS

PROVISIONS OF TITLE 16 CONCERNING

THE CONSOLIDATED DEVELOPMENT

CODE. IT AMENDS THE USE TABLE FOR

ZONING DISTRICTS TO CLARIFY THE

ZONES IN WHICH CERTAIN VEHICLES

AND VEHICLE ACCESSORIES MAY BE

SOLD, ESTABLISHES THE PERMITTING

PROCESS UNDER WHICH CERTAIN VEHICLE

AND VEHICLE ACESSORIES MAY

BE SOLD, AND PROVIDES FOR OTHER

MATTERS RELATED THERETO.

If you cannot attend the Planning Commission

meeting, written comments may be submitted

to the Public Works, Planning & Zoning Department,

155 N Taylor St, Suite 194, Fallon,

NV 89406, before 4:00 p.m., on July 11,

2023. A copy of the Bill is on file and available

for public inspection at the Churchill County

Public Works, Planning & Zoning Department.

We will also post a scanned copy of the Bill

with the Planning Commission agenda for the

July 12, 2023, meeting on July 6, 2023 on

the county website at www.churchillcountynv.

gov under Agendas & Minutes. The Planning

Commission will make a recommendation to

the Board of County Commissioners, who will

make a final decision.
