Shoe Tree Brewing was awarded a bronze award in the Specialty Beer Style category for its Coco Burrito Supreme at the 2023 World Beer Cup.
Shoe Tree Brewing claimed a bronze award in the 2023 World Beer Cup, a global beer competition.
Awards were given in 103 beer-style categories during the World Beer Cup award ceremony on May 10, at the Music City Center in Nashville.
Shoe Tree Brewing was awarded a bronze award in the Specialty Beer Style category for its Coco Burrito Supreme.
The Coco Burrito Supreme is described as a robust porter, with chocolate, vanilla and peanut.
Shoe Tree Brewing has two locations, one in Carson City and one in Minden.
“We were honored to represent and bring home a medal for Northern Nevada, Carson City, and Minden. Full credit goes to the entire Shoe Tree team. To our bartenders, cellarmen, brewers, and customers. We could not have done this without you,” said Jeff Young, Brewmaster/owner at STBC.
World Beer Cup winners were selected by an international panel of 272 beer judges from 26 countries. The 2023 World Beer Cup featured 10,213 entries from 2,376 breweries in 51 countries.
