NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents BRIAN KEITH WILLS and CYNTHIA ANN BERSLEY as the currently acting Co-Trustees of THE KEITH M. WILLS & 

JANET L. WILLS TRUST AGREEMENT. That 

KEITH M. WILLS died on November 2, 2005, and JANET L. WILLS died on March 28, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of KEITH M. WILLS and JANET L. 

WILLS must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustees within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
