Performing Arts of Churchill County presents “Maine Street Gang: the Musical.”

Nov. 2-4 onstage at the Fallon Theatre. All shows begin at 7 p.m. with an additional matinee Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

Tickets are available now for $10 through paccnv.org. Admission will be $15 at the door.

Written by PACC Director Tim Wuth, the musical tells the story of a group of local children who discover an old, abandoned building downtown. After transforming it into their clubhouse they uncover the incredible history of the old building. Will their clubhouse be demolished to make way for a new mall or will the Maine Street Gang find a way to preserve the history of their downtown community?

“Maine Street Gang” features a cast of 20 local children from Numa Elementary School, Churchill County Middle School, Oasis Academy, Veritas Co-op, Logos Christian Academy and Agape Church School.

“We are very excited to present the ‘Maine Street Gang’ musical to the Fallon community,” said Wuth. “Our amazingly talented cast of fourth through eighth grade students have been working hard since mid-September to bring you this musical story that has bits of community history and nostalgia."

Many dedicated locals came together for this production including Assistant Director Noreen Swenson, Vocal Directors David Ernst and Sarah Hurley, Acting Coach Ashley Adams, Producer Lori Souba, Choreographers Suzette Benecke, Amanda Souba and Lindsey Irving, Costume Designer Kim Klenakis and Sound Engineer Carl Robertson.
