NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE MATTER OF CARMEN FARIAS
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned
is a duly appointed and qualified Successor
Trustee of the Harold W. and Carmen
Farias Revocable Living Trust dated March 2,
2016. The Grantor/Settlor of the Trust, Carmen
Farias died on September 1, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a
claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401 Ryland
Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
