NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that James Fannon has been duly appointed and qualified by the above-entitled Court on the 5th day of September 2023, as the Administrator of the Estate of Thomas M. Fannon (the “Decedent”).
All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file their claim, with supporting documents attached, with the Clerk of the Court, 73 N. Maine St., Suite B, Fallon, NV 89406, within sixty (60) days after the first publication of this Notice.
