Nevada State Police are seeking witnesses to a November crash near Fallon, according to a news release.

On Nov. 16, at approximately 9:53 p.m., the Nevada State Police responded to a crash near U.S. Highway 50A at Fulkerson Road.

The preliminary investigation indicates that a 2006 Saturn Vue with two adult occupants and three juveniles was eastbound on U.S. 50A, the release said. For reasons not known, the SUV departed the roadway to the right onto the outside dirt shoulder, rotated counterclockwise and overturned.

The driver and front right passenger (adults) were ejected from the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing in determining who the driver was.

One of the adult occupants, Victoria Jasmin Villareal, a 24-year-old female from Fallon, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The second adult was transported to a hospital with serious injuries.

The three juvenile passengers in the rear of the vehicle were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Nevada Highway Patrol office in Reno, 775-687 9600.
