Sheriff's blotter

The following arrests were made by the Carson City Sheriff's Department. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:

-- A 29-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 8:15 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Long Street for suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt. His bail was set at $1,100.

-- Justin Marchelo Giuliani, 27, a supervisor from Sparks, was arrested at 10 a.m. in the 900 block of East Musser Street on Monday for suspicion of three felony counts of check fraud. His bail was set at $15,000.

-- A 41-year-old painter from Carson City was arrested at 10:15 a.m. Monday at her home in the 2300 block of South Lompa Lane for suspicion of the following misdemeanors: criminal contempt and failure to appear on a traffic citation. Her bail was set at $1,195 cash only.

-- Thomas James Thornhill, 23, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Monday at Long and State streets for suspicion of felony possession of marijuana. His bail was set at $2,500.

-- Pablo Juan Quevedo, 28, a car detailer from Carson City, was arrested 9:30 p.m. Monday at Long and State streets on a Tahoe Township Justice Court warrant for suspicion of felony issuing of checks without funds. His bail was set at $15,000.

-- A 38-year-old pipe fitter from Carson City was arrested at 4:19 a.m. Tuesday at Fairview Drive and South Carson Street for suspicion of the following misdemeanors: vehicle injury and petty larceny. His bail was set at $640.

--Saul Avalos-Pena, 27, a landscaper from Carson City, was arrested Monday at 5:24 p.m. by officers from the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service for felony failure to appear for deportation. No bail was set.

-- Larceny at 1:20 a.m. in the 500 block of North Carson Street.

-- Property injury at 7:33 a.m. in the 2300 block of Eastridge Lane.

-- Vehicle burglary at 7:49 a.m. in the 1300 block of Ashby Court.

-- Fraud at 10:45 a.m. in the 4300 block of North Carson .

-- Fraud at 2:50 p.m. in the 500 block of North Carson Street.

-- Fraud at 2:56 p.m. in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East.

-- Harassment at 4 p.m. in the 4000 block of Bigelow.

-- Vehicle burglary at 4:14 p.m. in the 700 block of Rolando Way.

-- Battery at 8:44 p.m. in the 4900 block of Highway 50 east.

-- Domestic dispute at 8:45 p.m. in the 3200 block of Wingate Way.

-- Threat at 8:51 p.m. in the 4700 block of Gentry Lane.

-- Fight at 9:33 p.m. in the 700 block of Broadleaf Lane.

-- Domestic dispute at 11:04 p.m. in the 200 block of Allouette Way.
