Federal drug agents snagged as many as 10 people Wednesday for trafficking and searched at least one home in Carson City. At least two are being held on $250,000 bail.

Drug Enforcement Administration agents and a Carson City Sheriff's Department K9 unit descended upon 413 Long Street in a 1:30 p.m. raid. About seven agents searched through the home for at least three hours.

The single story home was unoccupied at the time. A truck in the driveway had a California license plate.

Drug agents were still in the Long Street home at 5:30 p.m. Tahoe, Carson City's drug dog, was taken through the home by his handler Deputy Brian Humphrey.

It's unknown who lived in the home.

Carson City Sheriff's Deputies also assisted DEA agents at a location on Gibson Avenue and arrests were made at a South Carson Street location around 1 p.m.

Calls to Carson's City Tri-Net taskforce and the DEA were unreturned.
