Carson City Sheriff's Report

The following incidents were reported Wednesday to the Carson City Sheriff's Department:


- Carson City Sheriff's Department asked to divert traffic on northbound 395 onto East Lake Boulevard due to traffic accident in Little Washoe City at 6:44 a.m.


- A laundry room in the 2900 block of Menlo Drive was vandalized at 7:54 a.m.


- Report of Christmas decorations stolen from the 700 block of Norfolk at 10:32 a.m.


- Syringes found at 3:21 p.m. in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East


- Report of a dog barking consistently every night for six months in the vicinity of Lotus and Timberline drives at 7:30 p.m.


- Report of a woman standing outside her car at Dump Hill holding her throat at 8:16 p.m. Unable to locate.


- A 78-year-old female reported as having a "breakdown" in the 600 block of Stafford Drive at 10:07 p.m.


- A temporary stop sign missing from Graves and Nye lane. Street department replaced stop sign.


- Small child reported outside looking for his mother at 11:49 p.m. in the 100 block of East Fifth. Unfounded


- Jamus Wayne Cody Cooper, 18, arrested on misdemeanor charges of no valid drivers license, tail lamps required, no proof of insurance and obstructing a peace officer at Curry and Adaline streets at 2:20 p.m.
