Minden's Randy Shannon finished 15th at the 73rd Northern California Open Championship, which concluded Wednesday in Patterson, Cal.
Shannon finished with a 6-over-par 222 after shooting 77-72-73 through three rounds. Shawn Kelly of Auburn, Calif. won the title after firing 78-68-67 for a three-round total of 213.
