Warren Miller movie to be shown at Carson City Community Center

Warren Miller's ski and snowboarding movie, "Ride", will be shown at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5 at the Carson City Community Center.

The event is being sponsored by Nissan Pathfinder, the Carson High ski team and the Sporting Rage. Ride's unique format blends high energy, action skiing and snowboarding, breathtaking landscapes, exotic locations and the humor that Miller's known for.

Miller's film contains cutting edge skiing and snowboarding, capturing the world's best winter athletes.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Carson ski team. Tickets can be purchased at Carson High or the Sporting Rage for $10 or for $12 at the door.
