Church's website online

Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church now has its new Web site up and running at "gswc.org."

Designer Ryan Collier said there are a few corrections to be made but invited the public to visit electronically.

The guest book is not up and running yet; but, soon. Collier plans to update the Web site the second Tuesday night of each month beginning in December. Planned additions include pictures of the staff who serve at GSWC and of the special groups who sing music such as the duet, quartet, and girls trio. Other pictures can be posted such as their outreach ministry at FISH and the Reno Gospel Mission or the pastor at the Sheriff's Department, Carson-Tahoe Hospital, or the Nevada State Legislature.

Officials say with the talent of Collier, a Carson High School junior, the church site will get better month by month. If you have any suggestions about the site contact the Web master or drop Rev. Marvin H. Dennis an email at DRMHDJR@aol.com. They are also attempting to get links to other sites and have other sites link to gswc.org.

On Nov. 14, GSWC was full, thanks to the great efforts of volunteers and Joan Hendricks. The Junior Church director emphasized the need for the new Christian Care Center. Thirty-four children are hearing the Gospel Story and it is time to reuse this same area.

The Teen Small Group Class was packed also with only floor space remaining.
