Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church will host two Southern Gospel concerts in the next week.

Sunday will feature Ernie Couch and Revival at 6:30 p.m.

In their third visit to GSWC, the group is a Grammy-nominated band and vocal group that brings a high-energy show of Christian music to gospel and other music fans of all ages.

Based out of Nashville, Tenn., the group has recorded with George Beverly Shea and George Jones, among many others.

At 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, the church will host the Palmetto State Quartet.

A group known for their rich blend of classic voices, the quartet garnered their name' from the palmetto tree in South Carolina, where they originated.

A quartet that appreciates the value of Christian entertainment, the Palmetto State Quartet's primary focus is of a divine nature. They have found their mission to be meeting people at their point of need, knowing one word of one song might change a life forever.

A love offering will be collected at both concerts to help the groups with expenses.

Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church is at 1505 Railroad Drive, at the corner of Saliman Road.
