ELKO, Nev. - A one-car rollover on Interstate-80 has taken the life of a 32-year-old Elko man.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said Rafael Espinoza was westbound on the highway when he skidded on ice about 12 miles west of Elko. The car he was driving ran off the road and overturned, ejecting the driver, who was not wearing a seat belt.
He was taken to Elko General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
